Java-Jo is based on an old cowboy's grub, this seasoning combines Paprika, Garlic, Coffee, and other spices that really sink into your
steak to perk up the flavor.
Savory Steak Seasoning uses Peppercorns, Garlic, Ginger, Mustard, Salt and other spices. The results are a combination that
enhances the flavor of the beef without masking its beefy taste and without using too much salt.
Spike Spice Steak causes us to get some strange reactions when we say Cinnamon on steak, but this blend of Cinnamon, Paprika,
Cayenne Pepper and other spices will delight the taste buds. Mix it up with hamburger and grill, or add to meatloaf. Delicious!
Harmony Chicken is just that. This is a harmonious blend of Garlic, Rosemary, Pepper, Coriander and other spices. Great
seasoning for that drunken chicken!
Although the element of how much heat a person's mouth can stand is individual, at the market we warn that this is REALLY
hot before selling this one. Of course, what do you expect when blending Habanero Powder, Smoked Paprika, Chimayo Red
Chile Powder and such.
Sweet Singing Chicken! We would cook this just to get the aroma while we sauté chicken breast. A combination of Allspice,
Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Thyme and other spices this seasoning a delightful change of pace. Also good on pork loin, in chicken
salad and rice. Sauté bananas with this blend for a change. One of our best sellers!

The Spanish and Cubans marinate pork over several days in a mojo sauce. Marinate That Pork provides a similar, but
lighter, and we think more sophisticated taste in mere hours. Add the taste of Spain to your pork with the flavors of Thyme,
Rosemary, Parsley, Garlic, other seasonings, a cup of your favorite white wine and a bit of olive oil. Full, easy to follow
